While it is exceptionally rare for us to cancel a tour, we reserve the right to do so at any time. Should we cancel, you may choose:
Note: This bonus is subject to the terms in Section 3.2. DLT is not responsible for incidental expenses (visas, non-refundable flights, etc.).
Insurance is compulsory for international travel. You must have a minimum of USD 200,000 coverage for medical and repatriation. Evidence of insurance must be sighted by your Leader before joining the group.
5.1Visas and Passports
Passengers must obtain a valid Indian visa/ETA; passports must have 6 months validity.
5.2Su-Swagatam
You must complete the electronic arrival card within 72 hours of arrival.
5.3Reference Name

DLT acts as a Data Fiduciary. We collect passport data for "Form-C" reporting and transport bookings. Data is securely erased 30 days after the tour.
Travel in India involves higher risk than in Australia. Itineraries are representative; routes and transport may change without notice due to local circumstances. If a "significant change" (affecting 1 in 5 days) occurs before departure, you may accept the change, obtain a refund on the land portion, or accept an alternative trip.
You must comply with local laws and DLT Community Guidelines. The Leader has the authority to direct you to leave the trip immediately, at your own cost and without refund, if your behaviour is illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate.
Personal effects are carried at your own risk. DLT is not liable for loss or damage to property, nor for incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
DLT is not liable for failures due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government bans. In such cases, DLT will offer a 100% credit or a refund minus unrecoverable costs. This contract is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Parents/guardians of participants under 18 agree to indemnify DLT against claims arising from the minor's involvement in the trip.
